1. Delivery Time
- Typically, all orders will be processed within 1–2 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please kindly note that we do not arrange shipments or deliveries on weekends and public holidays. Any orders placed during holidays will be processed on the following business day.
- Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 10 business days. However, in special circumstances, delivery may take longer. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get your order to you.
2. Shipping Information
- Please make sure all the shipping information you provide to us is correct. We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses as a result of delay, and other losses caused by incorrect shipping information that customers have provided.
- Attention: Orders returned by logistics due to an incorrect delivery address will not be refunded; if redelivery is required, you will need to bear the additional shipping costs.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be updated within 5 business days.
- If your tracking information has not been updated within 10 business days, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
5. Abnormal Situations During Shipping
- If the order you received is damaged, including product damage, package damage, or missing parcels, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for the process and contact the Skintific support team via email at cs@skintific.com.
6. Regarding COD orders
- Please note that COD (Cash on Delivery) packages do not support returns after shipment. Due to the special nature of the COD logistics model, returning packages will incur high return shipping costs, and returned goods cannot be re-stored and sold. Thank you for your understanding.
7. Minimum Order Requirements
- There is no minimum order amount required to make a purchase on our website.
